What does the experience actually look and feel like?

Each session is a short, immersive journey blending contemporary art concepts with evidence-based wellbeing techniques—designed to calm the mind, centre attention, and reconnect people with their senses.

At launch, participants will have access to two core experiences:

🖼️ Slow Looking

Inspired by contemplative gallery practices. Encourages visual focus and deep observation to reduce cognitive overload and increase present-moment awareness.

🎨 Colour Immersion

A shifting environment influenced by colour field painting and artists like Rothko and Turrell, designed to evoke emotional resonance and support emotional regulation through ambient colour and light.

We’re currently developing two additional experiences, focused on sensory grounding and creative reflection. As a pilot partner, you’ll have the opportunity to shape these experiences with us—tailored to your audiences and settings.

Each experience lasts 5–10 minutes, is non-verbal and inclusive, and is delivered via a VR headset provided by Wellvrse. Sessions are self-led and designed for use in quiet rooms, gallery spaces, or pop-up wellbeing zones.

We’re happy to show you a short walkthrough or demo on a call.

How do you measure impact?

We use the WHOLI scale (Wellvrse Holistic Observation Load Index) — our custom framework designed to track participant wellbeing and aesthetic responsiveness. You'll receive a clear, data-driven report at the end of the pilot, useful for internal reflection, reporting, or funding applications.

What’s the level of commitment for our team?

Very light. We’ll handle the majority of delivery. All we ask is:
